2 - Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Inmasys is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorization of Inmasys.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3 - Limitation of liability.

Inmasys cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the inmasys.fr website.

Inmasys declines all responsibility for the use that may be made of the information and content present on inmasys.fr.

Inmasys is committed to securing the inmasys.fr site to the best of its ability, but cannot be held responsible if unwanted data is imported and installed on its site without its knowledge.

Interactive areas (contact forms) are available to users. Inmasys reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular provisions relating to data protection.

Where applicable, Inmasys also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).

4 - CNIL and personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
When using the inmasys.fr site, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the inmasys.fr site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address.
Inmasys only collects personal information about the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the inmasys.fr website. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she enters it himself/herself. The site has not been declared to the CNIL, as it does not collect personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.

6 - Applicable law and jurisdiction.

All disputes arising from the use of the inmasys.fr website are subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Compiègne.
