Company history
INMASYS, INNOVATECH MANIP'SYSTEMS, is the fruit of multiple experiences enriched by encounters. The story begins in 1948, with the creation of the SME “SARRAZIN”, specialized in industrial mechanics. In 2010, the company turned a corner by developing a new generation of self-balancing, zero-gravity manipulators.
This technological innovation, 100% French, aims to reduce drudgery in the workplace. It is a machine capable of precisely handling loads of up to around 100 kilograms. It acts as an extension of the operator's capabilities, amplifying his movements. In this way, it enables the operator to easily handle large loads in complex and hazardous environments, without risk.
This industrial innovation, designed for concrete applications at major industrial companies such as AIRBUS and AREVA.
In 2017, “SARRAZIN” becomes “SARRAZIN Technologies” joins the Franco-Belgian group ALTIFORT, created in 2014 with the ambition to be part of a productive ergonomics approach aligned with the vision of Industry 4.0. The group's strategy is to take over ailing industrial companies, turn them around and reorient their activities towards a variety of sectors including nuclear, automotive, food processing, renewable energies and petrochemicals.
The adventure comes to an end in 2020, when the company finds itself in suspension of payments, impacted by the COVID-19 health crisis. At this point, the assets of SARRAZIN Technologies were bought out, with the aim of developing these technologies through a new company.
Company formation
INMASYS, a Franco-French synergy born of the union of Emeric PERRIN, Sales Director at ALTIFORT, and Christian GIRARD, Technical Manager at ALTIFORT, hatched in 2020 within an ecosystem conducive to innovation: the Venette Technology Park, near Compiègne. The company stands out in the field of industrial manipulators, designed to lighten workloads and reduce the risk of RSI among operators. INMASYS brings a new generation of technology to load handling, introducing solutions that are safer, more intuitive and more ergonomic.
From its design office, INMASYS imagines and implements customized load manipulators and grippers that combine technology and ease of use. Local production is a credo for INMASYS: machining, manufacturing and painting of components are carried out less than 30 km from our site, thus promoting regional economy and responsiveness.
The product range is divided into three main categories:
- The FIRST range, with its electric, pneumatic or hybrid options, offers a robust manipulator capable of handling loads of up to 250 kg.
- The COMPACT range, ideal for confined spaces, handles loads of up to 125 kg on its electric version, and 80 kg on the hybrid and pneumatic versions, with great dexterity.
- The energy-independent LOG 1 range, designed for on-board handling equipment, offers a battery-powered manipulator with real-time balancing technology for workloads up to 125 kg.
The company, proud of its “French Fab” label, is expanding rapidly. An extension project has just been completed, providing INMASYS with new offices, a larger manufacturing workshop, increased storage space and a dedicated showroom.
With INMASYS, handling heavy loads becomes as simple as the movement of a finger, revolutionizing the standards of industrial ergonomics.
