The Destuff-It and Restuff-It are mobile storage solutions.The Destuff-It is designed to help workers unload products stacked on the ground from trailers and containers. The Restuff-It is a bi-directional unit helping workers to unload and load containers. Unlike the Destuff-It, the Restuff-It makes container loading possible, making it an asset for both inbound receiving docks and outbound shipping docks.

Destuff-It

With proven productivity improvements that reduce not only unloading time, but also demurrage, waiting and depot trailer costs, the Destuff-it is able to reduce the number of doors required for the unloading procedure by increasing the number of trailer revolutions per door. Each Destuff-it is ideal for multi-group operations, thanks to its solid construction.

Typically, companies that opt for a Destuff-it machine instead of their traditional stool method see a 50% reduction in unloading times. This reduces the total number of man-hours required to unload a trailer. Despite variations according to box size and weight, the case rate is usually in excess of 800 boxes per hour. What's more, the unit can be linked to an automatic palletizer to achieve even higher case rates and reduce labor.

Restuff-It

The Restuff-it can achieve results similar to those of the Destuff-it in unloading mode. It can reduce unloading times, as well as demurrage, monitoring and depot trailer expenses. The Restuff-it can reduce the number of doors required for unloading by offering more trailer turns per door.

The ergonomic benefits of the Restuff-it are achieved during loading by using the operator's platform to lift the worker to the optimum position in relation to the box wall. In addition to this ergonomic benefit, thanks to improved accessibility to the top of the container, many users also notice an increase in cube usage.
